A family owned and operated business, offering Specialist Representation to the Namibian Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Builders Merchants and Hardware Trades. We are the sales representatives for a number of companies. We consist of 2 distinct divisions, servicing two different sets of principals, some being focused on the builders merchant/hardware trade sector, whilst others are directed to the Fast Moving Consumer Goods and also gifting trade sector. We operate completely separately, but utilise the same infrastructure and often travel together, thus optimising the cost savings, as costs are are huge in a vast and sparsely populated country such as ours. We regularly travel the length and breadth of Namibia, establishing and maintaining personal relationships with our individual customers. We naturally also maintain contact by phone and engage in regular electronic marketing. The electronic element is hugely important, given the demographics of Namibia, a large landmass but sparsely populated. Distances are huge and virtually no hinterland (from a business point of view) exists between cities and towns. We are one of the least densely populated countries in the world!
